Minecraft Common Capabilities Mod (1.18.2) – A Standardization Effort for Shared Forge Capabilities

Because to Forge’s new capability structure, the Common Capabilities Mod (1.18.2) enhances mod interactions. This does not add any new content; instead, it enhances current interactions. The purpose of this patch is to give common capabilities that may be used by several mods without requiring them to rely on one another.

This mod was originally part of Integrated Dynamics, and its purpose was to increase the’readability’ of other modules. Other modifications may benefit from these features without having to rely on Integrated Dynamics, thus they’ve been isolated into this new mod.

This mod provides the following capabilities to the following mods:

• Worker: Indicates if a machine can work, and has work.

• Forestry

• Tinker’s Construct
• EvilCraft

• Temperature: Used for things that can have a certain temperature.

• Slotless Item Handler: A variant of the regular item handler that is slot-agnostic.

• Integrated Tunnels

• Wrench: For items that allow wrenching.
• Charset
• Ender IO
